Admissions Process
- 1Complete the online application and upload all required documents including previous school reports and a reference from the previous school. 2. If shortlisted, sit an entrance exam (reading, mathematics, and writing sample); testing occurs throughout the year or during Spring (March/April) as places are available. 3. Receive an admissions decision: full acceptance, conditional acceptance, or denial. 4. Pay the non-refundable entrance test fee (QAR 550) before each test and a one-time registration fee (QAR 4,000) upon acceptance.
Admissions Details
When a year group is full, an online waiting pool is established. Parents and students are notified if an opening becomes available. Submitting an application or sitting an entrance assessment does not guarantee placement.
School Day
School runs Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Start times: Pre-School and Reception/KS1 at 7:15am, KS2/Secondary at 7:30am. End times vary: Pre-School 12:45, Reception/KS1 13:30, KS2 13:50, KS4/KS5 around 13:45 on regular days. Tuesdays are shorter for staff development (e.g., Pre-School 12:30, KS4/KS5 12:50).
Student Life
From Pre-School to Year 11, pupils are expected to be smartly dressed at all times, wearing the official school uniform or P.E. kit as appropriate. Uniforms are purchased separately from Uniform Mart, Al Maszhabiliya St, Near Al Meera Izghawa and Garrafa Sports Club, Doha.
There is an on-site cafeteria in the Primary School building available to students.
