Step 4: When a place may be available, child is invited to an entrance assessment (minimum 3 days notice); assessment format varies by year group from group sessions (EYFS) to CAT and writing tasks (Year 2+); Sixth Form requires minimum five IGCSE passes including English and Maths with at least grade B in chosen A-level subjects. Step 5: Formal offer sent by email; parents must return documents and pay registration fee (QAR 3,453) and advance deposit (QAR 2,302) within 10 days to secure the place.

Waitlist Policy

If an initial application is successful, the child is placed on the waiting list for the relevant year group. When places become available, all children on the waiting list for that year group are considered and selected children are invited to an entrance assessment.

School week runs Sunday to Thursday. School day starts at 7:30 am. Nursery finishes at 12:00 pm. Reception and Key Stages 1–6 and Secondary finish at 2:10 pm.
