Admissions Process
- 1Submit application via Apply Now. Step 2: Selected applicants are invited to provide documentation (application fee QAR 230, last school reports, residence permits, additional needs reports, language information form) within five days. Step 3: Successful applicants are added to the waiting list. Step 4: When a place may be available, child is invited to an entrance assessment (minimum 3 days notice); assessment format varies by year group from group sessions (EYFS) to CAT and writing tasks (Year 2+); Sixth Form requires minimum five IGCSE passes including English and Maths with at least grade B in chosen A-level subjects. Step 5: Formal offer sent by email; parents must return documents and pay registration fee (QAR 3,453) and advance deposit (QAR 2,302) within 10 days to secure the place.
Admissions Details
If an initial application is successful, the child is placed on the waiting list for the relevant year group. When places become available, all children on the waiting list for that year group are considered and selected children are invited to an entrance assessment.
School Day
School week runs Sunday to Thursday. School day starts at 7:30 am. Nursery finishes at 12:00 pm. Reception and Key Stages 1–6 and Secondary finish at 2:10 pm.
Student Life
Four-house system; house points are awarded for demonstrating PRIDE values and announced weekly. EYFS and KS1 use Dojos for rewards.
