- 1Submit application and required documents via Open Apply — birth certificate or passport, MAP or ISA data, school reports from previous two years, confidential recommendation, student language profile, immunization records, medical history form, and Qatar ID or Passport. Step 2: Screening — Admissions Officer reviews file, schedules MAP Survey without Goals and counselor interview; WIDA assessment may be required if student falls outside grade-level norms or EAL thresholds. Step 3: Final Interview with Division Principal; enrollment letter signed and QAR 3,000 registration fee paid.

School Day
School days run Sunday through Thursday. Early Education Center hours are 7:00 am–2:00 pm; Primary School is 7:00 am–3:00 pm; Senior School is 7:00 am–5:00 pm. PK-3 may follow 7:00 am–12:00 pm while KG–Grade 12 may have 7:00 am–2:00 pm or 1:00 pm on Tuesdays depending on level.
Student Life
Uniforms are required and available for the new academic year via the Noble House online shop using school access code INT18759. Orders can also be placed through Olin shop and pop-up events. Ordering in July is recommended to avoid the August rush.
Lunch options and school meal purchases are available and billed separately when selected.
Wellbeing & Safety
Two full-time registered nurses (one on each campus), health education programs, and annual screenings in collaboration with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health and the World Health Organization.
