Admissions Process
- 1Submit an application via the OpenApply form for each child, including complete parent and child details and required documents. Incomplete applications are not processed. 2. The admissions team schedules a student assessment and interview; overseas applicants typically have online interviews. 3. A seat offer is issued within approximately one week of the assessment via a Seat Offer Letter. 4. Families have one week to accept by signing the Terms and Conditions and paying the non-refundable registration fee of QAR 2,500. Overseas students must also complete a Probation Agreement.
School Day
PK2–Grade 12 runs from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm with morning registration, periodic breaks, lunch, and multiple class periods. PK1 operates from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm with a shorter schedule and built-in breaks.
Student Life
Uniforms are required for all pupils from PK to Grade 12. Uniforms can be purchased via a pop-up shop on campus at the start of the academic year, online from the official supplier, or at a local store in the Al Rayyan area. Fabrics, colours, and design must comply with school guidelines.
Meals are provided by the on-site canteen operated by Bateel Bakery. Three meal options are available: lunchbox from home, a daily cold meal pack, or a daily hot meal pack (small, large, or daily special). Primary students have their canteen cards kept behind the counter; secondary students sign up at the counter. The school encourages use of reusable water bottles.
