Admissions Process
- 1Enquire: Submit an online enquiry; an automated email with application form link is sent. 2. Gather documents: child's birth certificate, passport, QID, both parents' passports and QIDs, letter of employment, vaccination record, Fit to School certificate, End of Year Report, and passport-size photo. 3. Application: Complete online form, upload documents, pay QAR 300 assessment fee (Year 1 and above). 4. Assessment (if applicable): EYFS uses play-based observational assessment; Years 1–6 use 1:1 dialogue, Maths, English, and possibly CAT4 for EAL; Years 7–9 use CAT4 and a short written assignment. 5. Offer: Official offer letter issued within 5 working days; registration fee invoice accompanies offer. 6. Secure place: Submit acceptance form and Parent/Guardian Contract and pay QAR 500 registration fee and QAR 2,500 book fee within 10 working days.
Admissions Details
If a class is full, accepted applicants are placed on a waitlist with priority given to siblings. Places are offered as they become available. If no place opens during the academic year, the application may roll over and reassessment may be required, with no additional fee charged.
School Day
School runs Sunday to Thursday. EYFS: gates open 07:00, registration 07:10, lessons 07:15–13:20 with breaks at 09:15 and 11:30. Primary: starts 07:10–07:15, ends around 14:00–16:00 with co-curricular options after lessons. Secondary (Years 7–10): 07:15–16:00 with after-school Artemex activities. Thursday ends earlier at 13:15 after lesson 5.
Student Life
All students are required to wear the school uniform, provided by Noble House Qatar, including a mandatory PE kit. Black leather shoes and white socks or tights are required. Uniforms are purchased separately using school code QIQ1612 on the Noble House Qatar website.
Lunches and snacks are available on campus. Healthy food options are offered, with payments made via a Pay-As-You-Go system or a monthly subscription.
