Upon completion, an email confirms account creation with login credentials and a link to the parent login page; no admission decision can be made prior to the online application. Step 2: Submit supplementary documents within the online application, including a recent passport-sized photograph of the student and three end-of-year reports (for Kindergarten, the most recent report from Nursery or Pre-K), scanned and uploaded as part of the online application.

Student Life
Students wear the full school uniform every day, with the PE uniform on PE days. Black shoes are worn with the regular uniform and sports shoes with the PE uniform. Uniforms are purchased from Noble House, the QF distributor, via the online shop.
QAM operates a school cafeteria that provides healthy lunches and snacks. The menu runs on a weekly cyclic plan and accommodates special dietary needs via a health plan; outside food is not allowed unless approved by a doctor. The on-site nurse coordinates dietary restrictions with the cafeteria.
