Admissions Process
- 1Complete the online admission form at qad.openapply.com. 2. Receive email confirmation with account login details. 3. Scan and submit supplementary documents within the online form, including a recent passport-sized photograph and three end-of-year reports (for KG, the most recent Nursery or Pre-K report). 4. The school may contact previous schools for a confidential report. 5. The Admissions Committee uses screening tools (including an entrance test) to assess academic and social suitability. 6. Registration is complete once required forms are returned and appropriate fees are paid. Prospective parents may visit by appointment through the Admissions Office.

New or waitlisted students are admitted according to seat availability and Qatar Foundation priority policy while maintaining nationality percentages and gender balance. Priority order: (1) Overseas QAD staff (not applicable for nurseries); (2) Qatari siblings; (3) Non-Qatari siblings; (4) Qatari QF staff; (5) Non-Qatari QF staff; (6) Qatari public; (7) Non-Qatari public.
School Day
School operates Sunday to Thursday. EEC/Preschool: 7:00am to 12:00 noon. Primary School: 7:00am to 1:50pm (Tuesday finishing at 1:00pm). Senior School: 7:00am to 2:15pm (Tuesday finishing at 12:30pm).
Student Life
Students are required to wear the full school uniform daily. On PE days, students wear the PE uniform. Black shoes are worn with the regular uniform and sports shoes with the PE uniform. Uniforms can be purchased from Noble House via their online shop using school access code INT18759.
Lunch service is available and charged separately. PS3-PS4 lunch fee is QR 900 per term (QR 1,800 per year); KG-Grade 5 is QR 1,980 per term (QR 3,960 per year). Lunch fees are non-refundable.

Mental wellbeing is supported by a visible Counselling team providing social-emotional skill-building and open-door access for students and families. The Student Services team includes School Counsellors and a School Psychologist delivering whole-class, small-group, and individual sessions.
