Admissions Process
- 1Prepare required documents including passport photos, passport and QID copies for child and parents, attested previous school report, immunization record, medical form, fee regulation form, and birth certificate. Step 2: Submit documents to Registrar or Receptionist, apply for a test date, and pay the non-refundable entrance exam fee of QR 204. Step 3: Attend entrance assessment by appointment; results communicated by telephone or email. Step 4: If offered a place, pay the non-refundable Registration Fee of QR 2,550 at the Accounts Office. A Seat Reservation of QR 2,000 may be paid to reserve the place and is deducted from Term 1 fees. Step 5: Place is secured upon payment of required fees.

School Day
School days run Sunday to Thursday. EYFS operates 7:00–12:30, Primary 7:00–13:30, and Secondary 7:00–13:40, with office hours 7:00–14:30.
Student Life
The school operates a House system with House Captains and a Student Council that includes representatives from each house. There is also a Head Boy and Head Girl with deputies.
Full uniform is required daily. All pupils wear a white linen shirt with the school logo. KG girls wear a tartan pinafore; KG boys wear tartan shorts or trousers. Years 1–6 boys wear navy Bermuda shorts or trousers; girls wear a tartan skort. Years 7–12 wear navy trousers for both genders. KS4–KS5 students may wear a plain black abaya over the uniform; hijab and scarves should be navy or black; coats should be plain with no large logos. Uniforms are available from the Newton uniform shop.
