Admissions Process
- 1Prospective families pay a non-refundable entrance test fee (QAR 204) and sit an entrance assessment. A non-refundable one-off registration fee (QAR 2,550) is then paid. Upon accepting a place, a seat reservation fee (QAR 2,000) is paid, which is later deducted from Term 1 tuition fees.

School runs Sunday to Thursday. EYFS: 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM; Primary: 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM; Secondary: 7:00 AM to 1:40 PM; Office hours: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Student Life
Uniforms are purchased through the Newton online uniform store. KG pupils wear tartan items (tartan Bermuda shorts or trousers for boys; tartan pinafore for girls). Year 1–6 boys wear a white shirt with navy Bermuda shorts or navy trousers; Year 1–6 girls wear a white shirt with tartan skorts. Year 7–12 boys wear a white shirt with navy trousers; Year 7–12 girls wear a white shirt with navy skirts.

Wellbeing & Safety
A dedicated Counselling Department provides emotional, social, psychological and behavioural support through individual counselling, small group sessions, and tailored plans including Emotional Social Plans (ESW), Individual Behaviour Plans (IBP) and Pupil Support Programs (PSP). The counsellor collaborates with parents, staff and external agencies as needed, maintains confidentiality, and is part of the Child Protection team leadership.
Safeguarding is embedded across school policy, encompassing the Health and Safety Policy, Anti-bullying, Cyber-safety, Risk Assessment procedures for trips, and Crisis Management. The Counselling Policy places the school counsellor as part of the Child Protection team leadership. Staff have clear responsibilities for safety and welfare, and accidents and injuries must be reported.
