Admissions Process

  1. 1Admissions are based on past school records and an entrance assessment; in some cases an interview and English proficiency test may be required. Required documents include passport photos, passport and QID copies for child and both parents, previous school report (attested by home country Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar Embassy, and Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs), immunization record, medical form, fee regulation form, and birth certificate. All documents must be submitted before the entrance exam date. After submission, applicants pay a non-refundable entrance exam fee (QAR 208) and schedule a test by appointment. After the assessment, the school notifies by phone or email. To confirm a place, the non-refundable registration fee (QAR 3,797) must be paid at the Accounts Office.
