Admissions Process

  1. 1Determine starting year and grade placement for one of four levels: ELC (ages 1–6), Primary (Grades 1–5), Middle School (Grades 6–10), or High School (Grades 11–12). 2) Contact the Admissions Office to discuss availability and timing. 3) Submit application with JPY 20,000 application fee. 4) Students undergo a level test and interview; placement assessment determines EAL or other support needs (MAP and WIDA screenings used). 5) Upon confirmation of admission, pay enrollment fee of JPY 150,000 within one month. 6) Pay one-time building fee of JPY 250,000 and annual maintenance fee of JPY 150,000.

Waitlist Policy

The school does not operate a formal waitlist. Admissions are rolling and new students are admitted throughout the year when vacancies exist. Most students are admitted by August, but mid-year entries are possible when vacancies allow.

School Day

Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. The Early Learning Center offers morning daycare from 8:00 am and after-school care until 6:00 pm. Primary students have a study hall until 4:30 pm, and after-school clubs run from 3:40 pm to 4:20 pm.
