Admissions Process

  1. 1Rolling admissions offered throughout the year for students aged 2–13, subject to available space. 2. Selection is based on five criteria: school-readiness, available places, ability to meet support needs, ability to pay fees, and capacity to cope with the medium of instruction. 3. Complete the online application form and submit required documents including school character/reference form, previous school reports, and any IEPs or assessments. 4. If required, external academic assessments may be requested at the parents' expense. 5. A credit reference check may be undertaken, including contacting the current school. 6. Application is screened for eligibility by school leadership. 7. A learner and parent/guardian interview may be required. 8. If successful, parents sign a financial agreement and pay a USD 1,000 registration deposit. 9. Parents sign an agreement to uphold the Village Rules and school policies; the principal informs parents of admission status.
