Admissions Process
- 1Prospective students submit: two copies of birth certificate, two copies of passport, two passport photos, two most recent school reports/academic transcripts, and a School Leaving Certificate. 2. Student fills in an application form and makes an appointment for a formal interview. Prospective students not resident in Kenya contact the school by telephone or email. 3. After passing the interview, the student is offered a formal application form and proceeds with enrolment. An entrance placement examination is required.

Boarding Life
Bentley Hall Boarding House is located in Karen within the school compound. Accommodation is in self-contained units with three bedrooms and at least one bathroom (most have two). Lounges are equipped with DSTV and Wi-Fi for study and recreation. Both male and female boarders are accommodated. Full boarding (termly), weekly (Mon–Fri) and weekend options are available.

Student Life
The Nairobi Academy operates a four-house system led by House Captains and Vice Captains drawn from Year 6 and Year 5 respectively.
Students wear full school uniform on standard school days. On PE or squash days, students wear PE kit. On swimming days, students wear full school uniform and carry their swim kit; swim costumes are available for purchase on sports days. Bikinis are not permitted.
The catering team prepares daily meals for students and staff following a pre-communicated menu that varies by day and by week. Lunches are compulsory for Years 2–13 and inclusive for PP3 and above; PP1 and PP2 lunch is charged separately.
