Admissions Process

  1. 1Submit online application with required documents (student passport and Qatar ID, recent photo, parents' passports, latest school report). Child is placed on a waiting list and acknowledgment email is sent. 2. When a vacancy arises, assessments are scheduled prioritising those on the waiting list; results emailed approximately one week after assessment. 3. Age-specific assessments: KG1/KG2 observed for school readiness; Year 1/2 assess basic writing, phonics, and number work; Year 3–10 assessed online in English and Mathematics. 4. Once accepted, enrolment is completed online and confirmed upon receipt of registration fee, school fees, and all required documentation. 5. Priority order: EMS staff children, siblings of current students, EMS alumni children, students from other EMS campuses, then all other qualifying applicants.

After submitting an online application, the child's name is placed on a waiting list and an acknowledgment email is sent. School hours are 7:00am to 1:40pm, with a 6:45am opening for drop-off and collection after the day ends.
