Admissions Process

  1. 1Submit required documents to the Registrar or Receptionist (passport photos, passport and QID copies, previous school report attested from home country Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Qatar Embassy, immunization record, medical form, Fee Regulation form, birth certificate). 2. Apply for a test date and pay QAR 204 non-refundable entrance exam fee. 3. Sit the entrance assessment by appointment. 4. Receive results by telephone or email. 5. Visit the Accounts Office to pay the non-refundable Registration Fee (QAR 2,550) and Reservation Fee (QAR 2,000, deducted from Term 1 fees) to secure the place.

Uniform

Students wear a white shirt with navy bottoms. Girls in G1–G6 wear tartan skorts; G7–G12 girls wear navy trousers or navy skirts. KG pupils wear tartan pinafores with white polo shirts. PE kit includes a white polo shirt, navy shorts or track pants, navy sweatshirt, and optional navy winter jacket. Uniforms are sold through the Newton uniform shop with online ordering available.
