Admissions Process
- 1Apply online at aia-lusail.qa and attach required documents: Student Qatar ID, Parents Qatar IDs, birth certificate, passport-size photo, most recent school report, student passport, parents passports, and referral letter from last school sent directly to AIA. 2. Application is reviewed; an entrance test and/or interview will be arranged. Admission follows Ministry of Education regulations. Decision communicated a few days after interview/test. 3. Upon acceptance, pay the non-refundable registration fee of QAR 500 and place reservation fee of QAR 2,000 by cheque or bank transfer. 4. Provide additional documents: student medical file, completed medical form, parental employment letter, end-of-year report, signed fee schedules, and signed AIA registration guidelines.

School Day
The 2025–2026 academic year starts August 31, 2025. Winter break runs December 21, 2025 to January 4, 2026. Holidays include Qatar National Day (December 18), Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr (March 2026), and Eid Al Adha (March 26–28, 2026). The last day for students is July 23, 2026.
