Admissions Process

  1. 1Submit an online application with required details and pay the application fee (¥60,000). 2. Upload supporting documents including academic records from the past three years, proof of identity, and a teacher/principal recommendation. 3. Interview with the Divisional Head; an English language proficiency test may be administered if needed. 4. If accepted, complete enrollment forms and pay the enrollment deposit (¥630,000). Applicants must reside in the Kansai region with at least one parent or guardian; the school does not sponsor student visas.

If no space is available in the requested grade level, applicants are placed in a wait pool (not a strict sequential list). When a space becomes available, the most suitable candidate is selected from the pool.

School Day

Morning homeroom/assembly followed by first period starting around 8:50 AM, with dismissal around 3:10 PM. After-school activities and clubs continue beyond dismissal.

Distinct summer and winter uniforms required, plus a dedicated PE kit. Winter uniform includes a blazer (mandatory for Grades 10–12), long-sleeve white shirt, sweaters or vests, and skirts or pants by grade. School ties used for different grade bands (G1–G6 and G7–G12).
