Facilities & Programmes
Wellbeing & Safety
Student welfare is at the heart of MBIS. Small class sizes and caring staff ensure each student's happiness and security. In Primary, the class teacher provides ongoing support; in Secondary, a Form Tutor acts as a Mentor for academic and pastoral support. A values-driven approach fosters a close, mutually supportive learning environment with high expectations of behaviour.
Safeguarding policy is based on Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024 and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023, aligned with Egyptian laws. The Board reviews the policy annually. All staff complete Child Protection training annually; DSL training occurs every two years. Safeguarding information is updated at least every two months. Procedures for allegations of abuse align with UK guidance, and verified cases are reported to the DBS.
