- 1Complete the online student Application Form. 2) Mail an ID photo, transcript from last school attended, and any available test results to the Admissions Office; submit a Scholarship Request Form if applicable. 3) Pay the ¥25,000 application fee by bank transfer (plus ¥2,500 for international processing). 4) Attend individual placement tests (English, Japanese, and Math for Grades 2–12) and an interview for the student and guardians, scheduled in Period 1 (late August) or Period 2 (late November). 5) Receive results within two weeks of the interview. 6) If accepted, transfer enrollment-related fees (entrance fee ¥300,000 and other applicable fees) within two weeks of notification.
