Admissions Process
- 1Applications accepted year-round; eligibility requires a non-Turkish passport. For an August start, submit by January or February. 2. Families are encouraged to schedule a campus tour and interview with the Director of Admissions; video calls available. 3. Complete the Online Application Form via iics.openapply.com; upload last three years of school records (with English translations if needed); share Teacher Reference/Recommendation Forms; upload passport copy and headshot; sign Financial Contract and complete Health Form; for Grades 6+, schedule an English Writing Assessment by emailing [email protected]; transfer the application fee. 4. File submitted to Principal for approval; family notified of status. If space is available, placement confirmed; otherwise child placed on waitlist.
Admissions Details
If no place is available in the age-appropriate grade, the child is placed on the waitlist. Waitlist position depends on space availability and order of submission.
School Day
Marmara Campus: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM; Wednesday 8:30 AM–2:15 PM. Hisar Campus: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:15 AM–3:15 PM; Wednesday 8:30 AM–1:45 PM.
Student Life
Grades 5–6 must purchase an IICS PE uniform at school. PE clothing must be worn for PE class; training shoes (laced or Velcro-fastened) required — slip-ons are not permitted.
Lunch is provided daily. Sardunya prepares fresh, healthy lunches cooked on-site with hot and cold options.
