Preschool 3–4: 7:30am–12:30pm (Wednesday 8:30am start). Kindergarten–Grade 4: 7:30am–2:15pm (Wednesday 8:30am–2:15pm). Middle School (Grades 5–8): 7:30am–3:00pm with optional tutorials 2:35–3:00pm. High School (Grades 9–12): 7:30am–3:00pm with optional tutorials. Campus office hours 7:00am–4:00pm; campus operating hours 7:00am–5:00pm.

Bearcat Kantina offers on-site dining with American, Asian, Italian, Mexican and vegetarian dishes, operating 6:30am–5:00pm. Payments are made via the BEARCard debit system linked to the student ID.
