Admissions Process
- 1Initial contact and campus visit via email or online inquiry. 2) Submit online application form, last two report cards, and Confidential Student Evaluation Form. 3) Assessment interview with head teacher; Grades 6–9 may sit an admissions test in Mathematics and/or English. 4) Submit remaining requirements including physical examination form, birth certificate, passport, immunisation record, and photos. 5) Receive official admission confirmation. 6) Pay fees via invoice (cash, cheque, or bank transfer). 7) Receive first-day logistics from teachers or secretariat.
Admissions Details
School Day
All classes start at 7:30am. Kindergarten through Primary finish at 2:00pm daily. Secondary typically finishes at 2:00pm on most days and 3:30pm on some days. Afternoon clubs run 2:00pm–3:30pm. Supervised after-care is available for Primary students until 3:30pm.
Student Life
GESM uses a House System. English Primary has four houses: Bremen, Berlin, Münster, and Frankfurt. The Grundschule has two houses. Secondary houses are named after Philippine islands and animals: Bohol Sharks, Boracay Scorpions, Cebu Cobras, and Palawan Eagles. Activities include sports, quizzes, and charity drives, with a year-end House Cup.
The canteen is operated by Kitchen City and offers a varied menu including proteins, salads, snacks, and vegetarian meals. Parents can pre-order meals via the Kitchen City app and students pay on site with a reloadable Meal Card.
