Admissions Process

  1. 1The process begins upon entry and is overseen by the Department of Servicios Especiales. Students are evaluated by psychologists and speech-language pathologists to assess support needs. The psychological evaluation includes emotional assessment tests and a family interview; findings are shared with teachers. The speech-language evaluation assesses language, literacy, numeracy and general learning abilities. 2. Post-admission counselling provides support to parents and teachers, with external referrals as needed. 3. Small-group attention is provided based on evaluations; the Thinking Skills Program is implemented for PYP levels. 4.
