Admissions Process
- 1Express interest in The English School. 2. Determine the appropriate level (Nursery, Pre-Jardín, Jardín, Transición, Primaria, or Bachillerato). 3. Complete and submit the application form emailed to interested families. 4. Pay the online application fee of COP 277,000. 5. Provide two personal references from members of The English School community (not required if a sibling already attends). 6. For Early Years: submit birth certificate, parents' citizenship documents, passports/visas, a 300-word description of the applicant, a family photo, and any therapy reports. 7. For Primary and Bachillerato: submit original certificates and transcripts (with apostille and convalidation from the Ministerio de Educación Nacional if studied abroad), confidential recommendations from Mathematics, English, and Spanish teachers, and other financial and identification documents. 8. Student Life
The house system promotes healthy competition and belonging among students and the school community. Upon admission, every student, teacher and staff member is assigned to one of four houses. The system aims to maximise the academic and personal potential of students.
Two uniforms are established. The PE uniform is a sweatsuit with the school logo (jacket).
