Admissions Process

  1. 1Registration window is January to May for the new academic year, subject to MOE capacity approvals. 2) Grade placement is based on birth-date windows. 3) KG applicants have an admission interview; Grades 1–2 require Arabic, English and Math tests plus an observation period; Grades 3–5 require tests plus an interview; Grades 6–12 require tests and an interview; Grades 9–10 use a placement exam with the IGCSE Coordinator; Grade 11 uses a placement exam with the IBDP Coordinator. 4) All applicants must score a minimum of 60/100 in Arabic, English and Math. Students from abroad may take an online assessment. 5) Required documents include CPR copies, birth certificate, vaccination records, health reports if applicable, and the completed registration form via PowerSchool. Transfer students must provide a Good Conduct Certificate and attested documents. 6) Admission decisions are communicated within 3 school working days and are valid for 3 days from approval.
