Admissions Process
- 1Applicants must be age-appropriate for their grade (not more than two years older than typical age). Applicants must currently be in the preceding grade with expectation of promotion. Grades 7–12 require a minimum GPA of C (70%). A new-student assessment fee of BHD 30 is payable. A one-time registration fee of BHD 75 (KG–Grade 9) or BHD 100 (Grades 10–12) is charged at admission. Admission is normally not offered after the first two weeks of the school year unless exceptional circumstances apply. Class sizes are capped at 25 students per grade.
Admissions Details
If an applicant meets all entry requirements but no spaces are available, they are placed on a waiting list. If a space opens, parents are contacted and have two weeks to complete registration and make the first payment; failure to pay within two weeks results in the seat being offered to the next student on the waitlist.

Student Life
Uniforms are grade-specific and color-coded by year group (KG1–KG2, G1–G2, G3–G5, G6–G12) with the ARS logo embroidered on all pieces. The PE kit is a white embroidered polo with navy sport pants.
