Admissions Process
- 1Complete online application form via YCIS admissions portal and upload required documents (birth certificate, passport, school reports, photographs). 2. Admissions team reviews submitted materials for completeness and eligibility. 3. Age-appropriate assessments and/or interviews arranged, including written English and mathematics evaluations, group interaction tasks, or one-to-one meetings. 4. Placement decisions made based on academic background, English proficiency, social development, past schooling, and date of birth. 5. Successful families receive a formal offer letter; place confirmed upon acceptance and settlement of required fees including debenture or capital levy.
Admissions Details
YCIS operates a waiting pool/waiting list system. When a year level is full, approved applicants who passed interviews may be kept in the waiting pool until a spot opens.
