- 1Initial Communication: Families inquire by phone, email, or contact form and may arrange a school visit; parents provide a brief introduction of their child so TIPS can assess fit. 2. Offer of Placement: Acceptance letter and registration package sent by email within about one week if TIPS can meet the child's needs; undiagnosed students may be referred to a school psychologist. 4. Registration: Enrollment confirmed upon receipt of registration package and ¥385,000 registration fee within two weeks of offer.
