Admissions Process
- 1Contact the Admissions Department and complete the Enquiry Form. 2. Attend an Open Morning (held January to April). 3. Submit the Application Form, last two years' school reports, passport copy, and Registration Fee. 4. Sit an Online Entrance Assessment; successful applicants are invited for a Skype interview. 5. Receive an offer within 2–3 weeks of the assessment. 6. Confirm acceptance within 2 weeks and pay the required fees.
Admissions Details
There may be a waiting list for some grades once available places have been filled. Waiting-list places may be offered to applicants who meet the required standard in the entrance assessments.
Boarding Life
Three boarding houses from Grade 5: Junior Boys International House (JBIH), Boys International House (BIH), and Girls' International Boarding House (GIH). Each house is staffed by experienced House staff and designed to be a home-away-from-home. Separate facilities for junior boys, senior boys and girls. Boarding fees are charged separately from tuition.
Boarding is available from Grade 5 onwards. Students live in one of three boarding houses: Junior Boys International House (JBIH), Boys International House (BIH), and Girls' International Boarding House (GIH), each staffed by experienced House staff. The environment fosters community values, mutual respect, and inclusivity.
School Day
The day begins with Class Well-Being, followed by lessons with breaks for juice, lunch and play. Pre-KG finishes at 12:30 pm. Grades 3–5 may extend the day with After School Activities.
Student Life
Three boarding houses: Boys International House (BIH) headed by Mr. Dereck Dominic Swain, Junior Boys International House (JBIH) headed by Mr. Johnson Prabhakar, and Girls' International Boarding House (GIH) headed by Ms. Gail Fonseca.
Meals are provided in the Cafeteria, supplemented by Street Food options and a Tuck Shop. A Food Council chaired by the Deputy Principal Pastoral provides feedback on the cafeteria menu and ensures student voices are represented in dining decisions.

Wellbeing & Safety
The PSHME programme covers social and emotional issues across year groups. Form Tutors meet daily and act as the first point of contact for attendance, academic progress and personal wellbeing. School Counsellors provide a safe, confidential space. Well-being Prefects are a student-led body promoting positivity, and Counselling Interns support wellbeing initiatives. The Deputy Principal (Pastoral) leads overall safeguarding and student wellbeing.
The Deputy Principal – Pastoral oversees policies related to student well-being, behaviour, and discipline. The Senior Leadership Team includes designated Child Protection Officers. Pastoral and counselling staff support safeguarding through guidance and awareness initiatives covering anti-bullying and digital safety.
