Waitlist Policy

If accepted but preferring to wait, the child is placed on a waiting list with the seat guaranteed only after the enrollment agreement and tuition deposit are paid. Late applications (after January 11) are reviewed first-come, first-served; if accepted, three days to sign the enrollment agreement and pay the deposit; if placed on the waitlist, an enrollment agreement is sent as soon as a seat becomes available.

The Counseling Department provides short-term, longer-term, and crisis counseling in French and English across all grades. A school counselor and French psychologist deliver guidance lessons, advisory classes, and counseling for individuals or groups. Topics include friendship, bullying, diversity, feelings, kindness, addictions, sex education, and digital wellbeing. Counselor Chats are available for parents.
