Admissions Process
- 1Complete online enquiry and registration via the school's online portal to receive a reference number. 2. Pay the AED 525 application fee and submit required documents including previous school reports. 3. Child is invited for assessment or interview; CAT4 or written assessments may be used. 4. Admission Officer sends confirmation letters to successful applicants subject to seat availability; a 10% seat-confirmation deposit of total tuition is payable. 5. First term tuition and annual fee are due within 10 working days of confirmation. 6. Admissions subject to KHDA approval. 7. Students placed in age-appropriate year levels per Ministry of Education and KHDA regulations.
Admissions Details
A waiting list operates when places are not immediately available. Admission may be moved to the waiting list if the seat deposit or fees are not paid within the required timeframe; seats are offered by turn.

Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–4:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Student Life
Apple International Community School uses a house system to foster teamwork and leadership. Students participate in house-based activities with leadership roles and a student council as part of house life.
One set of regular uniform and one PE uniform is included in the annual tuition fee. Accessories, blazer, and cardigan are not included in the tuition. An additional charge of AED 30 applies for special-size uniforms.

Wellbeing & Safety
A dedicated wellbeing team including the Principal, School Counsellor, Head of Inclusion and Wellbeing, Wellbeing Officers, Inclusion Team, and Student Council supports students' personal, social, emotional and academic concerns. The school runs wellbeing weeks, mental health awareness activities, a Mindfulness Programme with Morning Mindfulness routines, guided breathing and mood checks, daily gratitude practices, and the Oxford wellness curriculum and Jigsaw programme. External partnerships with Seeds Center and Thriving Souls supplement in-school support, and a Nurture Hub provides additional nurture initiatives.
Safeguarding is embedded in the school's wellbeing and inclusion practices with a designated child protection and safeguarding officer. Staff receive regular safeguarding and mental health CPD training. The PSHE policy addresses safeguarding within personal, social, health and economic education. The Inclusion Head leads safeguarding within the Inclusion Team and coordinates with external specialists as needed.
