Facilities & Programmes
Wellbeing & Safety
The school implements a pastoral care framework with daily tutor check-ins and classroom teacher oversight. Regular assemblies address wellbeing topics and a referral system connects students with counsellors when needed. Teachers receive guidance to monitor emotional changes and can initiate individual support when concerns arise.
St. Stephen's maintains a Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy aligned with Thai law and UK standards. All staff undergo safer-recruitment screening and annual training. The school defines abuse broadly and provides clear guidelines for identifying and reporting concerns via a standardized Expression of Concern form submitted to a Child Protection Officer. Confidentiality and secure storage of reports are maintained. Students receive regular age-appropriate instruction on personal safety and online boundaries, and parents are invited annually to learn about the policy. The policy is reviewed yearly and overseen by designated safeguarding leads in both Primary and Secondary divisions.
