Admissions Process
- 1Visit the campus via an online-booked tour during term time. 2. Submit a formal application form with required documents including passport copies, school reports, health certificate, photos, and visa details. 3. Pay the non-refundable application fee of THB 5,000. 4. Undergo age-appropriate academic and character assessments (conducted no more than 12 months before the intended start date). 5. Leadership reviews the file; if criteria are met but no place is available, a waitlist is offered. 6. Successful applicants receive a Letter of Acceptance and must submit remaining documents and pay the Guaranteed Place Fee to confirm enrolment.
Admissions Details
Shrewsbury Riverside operates a waitlist system. Students meeting all criteria but for whom no place is available are placed on a year-group-specific waitlist. If applied to both Riverside and City Campus, families may accept a place at the non-priority campus or remain on the waitlist for their preferred campus. Transfers between campuses after accepting a Guaranteed Place Fee offer are not permitted, except from City Campus to Riverside at end of Year 6.
School Day
Morning registration begins at 7:30 AM. Junior School students (Years 1–6) finish by 2:40 PM; Senior School students (Years 7–13) finish at approximately 2:45 PM. Optional after-school activities ('You-Time') run in two sessions from approximately 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Student Life
The school operates a six-house system. Students are allocated to one of six Houses at the start of school and remain in that House for their entire time at school. Houses are named after Nobel Peace Prize winners. Students earn House points through activities including SceneFest, Cheerleading, Music, Cross Country, Sports Day, and Swimming Galas.
Uniform is compulsory for all students. The standard uniform includes a blue Shrewsbury polo shirt with white collar, blue shorts, white ankle socks, and plain trainers. A sun hat is required for outdoor use. A House Shirt is worn daily and House apparel forms part of the uniform. All items are purchased from the School Shop.
Tuition fees include snacks and lunch. School uniform, personal IT devices, music tuition, and transport are not included.

Wellbeing & Safety
A Well-being and Counselling Team offers individual and group counselling sessions, lunchtime and friendship clubs, and in-class Learning for Life lessons. Workshops on resilience, communication, and transitions are held twice a month for parents and students. The team supports students during exams, transitions, and school trips, and promotes positive mental health strategies.
The school adheres to a formal Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy aligned with UK and Thai guidelines. A Designated Safeguarding Lead and deputies oversee staff training, safer recruitment, risk assessments, and annual policy review.
