Admissions Process
- 1Submit online application via OpenApply with academic transcripts from the previous two years (in German or English), plus passport, visa, or Thai ID documents as applicable. 2. Students applying to Grade 4 and above undergo a German language assessment using CEFR guidelines (A1 for Grade 4, A2 for Grade 5, B1 for Grade 6, B2 for Grade 9); no German requirement for up to Grade 3. 3. Applicants may be invited to an on-campus or virtual interview, particularly for students without German proficiency or where grade placement clarification is needed. 4. Upon acceptance, families pay the entrance fee, campus development fund or registration fee, membership fee, and tuition invoice; a THB 50,000 deposit applies if registering more than 60 days before the start date. 5. Parents submit a completed medical examination form and sign policy agreements including the values programme, dress code, insurance, tuition policies, enrolment agreement, and photo usage consent. 6. Once all documents and fees are received, the school issues an official acceptance letter and invites families for a campus tour or orientation session.

Boarding is available for Grades 7–12 at the on-campus Seelos Residence. It provides daily academic support in the study hall and weekly tutoring sessions in math and science.
