School Day
A typical day starts around 7:30–7:45am with registration at 7:45am. Nursery and Reception finish at 1:00pm, while Year 1–13 students finish at 2:00pm. Extra-curricular activities run until 3:00pm.
Student Life
The House System is central to RGSR life, grouping students into four Houses identified by colour (Yellow, Emerald, Purple, Bright Red). House events run throughout the year to promote belonging and teamwork across year groups. A House shirt in the relevant colour is worn for house identity.
A school uniform is required for all pupils from Early Years through Sixth Form. Older students wear a blazer.
