Admissions Process
- 1Registration for the new school year opens in January via a Google Forms link and closes at 5pm Ethiopia Time on February 28. Campus visits can be arranged on Thursdays from 10:00 to 13:30 through late February. 2. Year 1 (Preparatory) requires the child to be aged 5 by the start of the school year; siblings receive priority. Entrance Assessment covers English, Math, and Amharic plus cognitive/aptitude evaluation; a passing result is required followed by a parent interview. 3. For Years 2–13, current families commit in May; new entrants are invited for an Entrance Assessment when spaces are available. Assessment covers English, Math, and Amharic (Years 1–6) or English, Math, and Science (Years 7+), followed by a student and parent interview. 4. The waiting list is open for four weeks from the January start date and is reviewed in February and March. Priority is given to siblings and families who have registered for three or more consecutive years. The waiting list does not carry forward to the next year and the process is not first-come-first-served. Maximum class size is 24 students.
