Admissions Process
- 1Complete the online application via the parent portal (portal.qsishenzhen.cn). 2) Attend an in-person Admissions appointment with required documents (passports/visas, two years of school records, immunization records, two passport photos per parent and child). 3) Pay the non-refundable application/registration fee of RMB 2,100 at the appointment. 4) Students age 5+ take NWEA MAP tests in Reading, Math, and Language Usage; students age 8+ also complete a written essay. 5) Interview with the Director of Instruction who makes the admission decision. 6) Decision issued within one to two days; if accepted, pay non-refundable tuition deposit of RMB 25,200 within 10 working days. 7) Tuition invoices issued after the child begins school.

School Day
Classes generally begin at 8:30 AM. At the Secondary Campus the school follows an alternating block schedule with classes starting at 8:30 AM and ending at about 4:00 PM, with a morning break, an afternoon break and a 45-minute lunch; younger divisions typically finish earlier.

The school does not require full daily uniforms; a P.E. uniform is required where applicable.
Lunch is provided by a licensed canteen with an FDA Grade A central kitchen; students may bring lunch from home or participate in the hot lunch program.
