Admissions Process
- 1Submit application via Open Apply with completed form, passport copies, report cards, academic referee details, and JPY 60,000 registration fee. 2. Review admissions policy and eligibility (ages 5–11, year group by date of birth). 3. Demonstrate age-appropriate academic capacity in verbal, non-verbal, numeric and spatial reasoning; child and parent must communicate effectively in English. 4. Complete admissions assessment including confidential school reference, parent meeting, teacher observations, English language proficiency check, and CAT4 test for Upper Prep applicants. 5. Attend Discovery Day (half day for Lower Prep, full day for Upper Prep). 6. Follow the Admissions Rounds Schedule (rounds A1, A2, S1, S2, Su1, Su2). 7. On offer, pay Enrolment Fee of JPY 500,000 to secure place. 8. Attend Open Day or in-person/online tours.

School Day

Student Life
Four-house system: Snowdon, Rothesay, Windsor, and Oak. Houses promote collaboration across age groups through house-point competition. House Captains work with Heads of House to organise activities.
All pupils wear Phoenix House uniforms per the Uniform Policy. The blazer and school backpack are designed by Familiar; other items are ordered from Tombow's online shop (access code 105502). Items include blazer (JPY 42,000), sweater (JPY 9,800), vest (JPY 8,700), backpack (JPY 33,000), scarf in house colour (JPY 3,500), tote bag (JPY 1,800), and school pin (JPY 900).
Hot lunches are provided by Kiwi Kitchen and delivered daily as pre-ordered meals; parents pay Kiwi Kitchen directly.

Wellbeing is supported through enrichment activities to build confidence and resilience, the Rising Star Award (focusing on life skills, wellbeing, sustainability and entrepreneurship), LAMDA performing arts for self-confidence, and the North Peak Enrichment Campus in Hokkaido for learning away from routine pressures. Safeguarding policies establish a safe foundational environment.
