  1. 1Submit Enquiry Form 1 for enrolment enquiries; admissions staff respond and outline next steps. 2) On invitation, download and submit application booklet forms (separate for KA–G5 and G6–G12) with two letters of recommendation (from principal and current teacher), health record, physical examination report, standardized test results, and a JPY 40,000 application fee paid on the day of interview. 3) All applicants complete an interview (student and parent) and an admissions assessment covering language, mathematics, and cognitive testing. Overseas families can schedule interviews to accommodate travel. 4) Admissions Committee notifies families of the decision. 5) Upon acceptance, a JPY 330,000 non-refundable registration fee is due.
