Student Life
NES has four houses: Aqaba, Jerash, Petra and Wadi Rum. Students are assigned to a house on entry, with families and siblings placed in the same house. House Points are awarded for positive behaviour and participation, including for uniform and language use, and a range of house events are held throughout the year.
Uniform is mandatory for all students and must be worn with pride. Uniform details are provided in a Code of Conduct booklet. Compliance is recognised within the house system and contributes to House Points.
