Admissions Process

  1. 1Attend an Information Session (in-person, held regularly in Japanese and English). 2. Submit application form, required documents and examination fee (Preschool ¥2,200; Kindergarten ¥10,000; Primary ¥25,000; Secondary ¥30,000). 3. Student assessment and parent meeting — Preschool/Kindergarten require a trial lesson; Primary and Secondary students are assessed in English and Math, with results issued within one month. 4. Enrollment notification followed by submission of final documents, enrollment fees, ordering uniforms and textbooks, and preparation for the Entrance Ceremony.

School Day

Regular school day runs 8:00–15:30; after-school activities run from 16:00–16:45 or 17:30.

Student Life

Uniform

All students are required to wear school uniforms. A P.E. uniform (T-shirt, sweatshirt and trousers) is worn on days with P.E. and Karate. Winter uniforms are worn January–May and October–December; Summer uniforms are worn June–September; an adjustment period in May and October allows wearing either uniform depending on weather.
