Admissions Process

  1. 1Begin by booking a campus tour, submitting an inquiry, or attending an Open House. 2. Submit a completed application form with proof of ID, most recent two years' report cards (G12 candidates must include G9–G11 reports), and the CAD 300 non-refundable application fee (payable by cash, e-transfer, credit card, or wire transfer; WeChat Pay and Ali Pay also accepted). 3. Include any supporting documents such as awards, achievement certificates, a portfolio for the Gifted Arts program, or professional assessment reports. The school operates four terms: September, November, January, and April, with Summer School in July.

On-campus residence accommodates boarding students in separate supervised male and female dorms with live-in dorm parents. The campus has 24-hour security, individual key fob entry, CCTV in hallways and common areas, and a sign-in/out system. The boarding residence and meal plan (10 months) costs CAD 22,650 per year. A refundable residence security deposit of CAD 500 is required. International students must enrol in custodianship services (CAD 1,900 for 10 months, including a non-refundable CAD 400 legal fee). Optional services include airport pickup (CAD 170 one-way) and health insurance (CAD 850 for 10 months).

Laureate College provides a structured boarding program in a safe, secure, and supportive environment with live-in dorm parents supervising separate male and female dorms. The boarding day runs from 07:00 (dorm sign-out/breakfast/fitness) through to lights out at 22:30, including mandatory study hall 18:30–21:00 and in-room quiet time 21:00–22:30. International boarding students must be enrolled under the school's custodianship services.

Student Life

House System

A house system is in place with a dedicated House Period as part of the daily schedule; students also participate in Student Council or Assembly.

Uniform

Uniforms are required for all students. On regular school days students wear grey pants/shorts/skirts with a white top and black shoes; weather-appropriate knitwear is permitted. For PE, students wear the performance athletic uniform (track pants/shorts with a school T-shirt and running shoes). For formal or special days, students wear grey pants or skirt, a white shirt, and a blazer. Uniforms are supplied through the school's designated provider, InSchoolwear.

Food & Dining

Lunch is served 12:00–12:45 and dinner 17:00–18:30 as part of the boarding day. A Junior School lunch program is available at CAD 12.00 per meal, and a Senior School annual lunch program (10 months, CAD 15/meal) costs CAD 2,505 per year. The Cooking Club uses the student kitchen and commercial kitchen to plan meals and cook group dinners.
