  1. 1Registration and initial inquiry via in-person visit, telephone, or email to the Admissions Office. 2) Submission of application form and required documents including academic records, passport photos, health insurance card, passport/birth certificate, vaccination chart, residence card, Family Information Form, and Health Research Form. 3) Admission assessment and personal interview. 4) Offer, acceptance, and payment of one-time admission fee (JPY 55,000 for Grades 1–12) by bank transfer. 5) Orientation for parents communicated by mail. 6) Withdrawal requires at least two months' notice; late withdrawal may result in two months' tuition being payable.
