Admissions Process

Arrange a 3-day trial — all prospective learners must complete a 3-day trial via a Trial Registration Form. 3. Submit enrolment forms — Enrolment Form, Student Health Form, and Permission Form. 4. School confirmation — the School Office confirms enrolment status once all documents are received. 5. Invoice issued — the Finance Team sends invoices for the registration fee and school fees. 6. Payment — parents complete payment before the due date. 7. Enrolment completion — once payment is verified, the learner is officially enrolled.

The school week runs Monday to Friday. The school day is from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. Drop-off begins at 7:45 am; pick-up is at 2:30 pm. After-school activities may run until 3:30 pm, with some continuing until 4:00 pm.

House System

JCS has three houses named after Mahabharata characters: Nakula (Red), Sadewa (Blue) and Srikandi (Green). Students and staff are placed in a house for the duration of their time at JCS; house points are earned for contributions, with inter-house events including swimming and athletic carnivals. House Captains and Vice Captains are elected.
