Admissions Process

  1. 1Applications accepted from the 2nd week of January; only complete applications are scheduled for assessment. Admission decisions for applicants tested from the 2nd week of February are communicated within 7 business days. Tests are scheduled from the 4th week of February onward on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional assessments in March, April, May, and June. Required documents include completed application form, three years of academic reports, MOE attestations, transcripts (high school), confidential recommendation letter, copies of passports, birth certificate, iqama/family ID or GCC ID, and an employment letter. A non-refundable testing fee of SAR 750 is payable by bank transfer or Mada card. Upon passing assessment and availability of a place, a non-refundable enrollment fee must be paid to confirm the seat.
