Admissions Process
- 1Schedule a consultation (online or in-person) with the Admissions Team. 2. If English is not the first language, schedule an English Language Proficiency Assessment. 3. Gather required documents: photographs, passports, previous school records, immunization records, and any relevant reports. 4. Submit an online application with all required documents. 5. Complete academic assessments (required for Grades 1–12). 6. Admissions Team reviews application and assessments (minimum two weeks). 7. Receive admissions decision; acceptances granted on a rolling basis. Students may be placed on a waitlist if spots are unavailable.
Admissions Details
ICS operates a waitlist when grade levels reach capacity. Students remain on the waitlist until a spot becomes available, at which point the Admissions Team notifies families promptly.
School Day
The school day begins at 8:05 AM for all students. Elementary students finish at 3:00 PM; Middle and High School students finish at 3:10 PM. Elementary students have a morning recess and a separate lunch period; Middle and High School students have a designated lunch period.
Student Life
Uniforms are purchased from Lim Meng Keng Department Store in Holland Village. All shorts and shirts must be worn during school sessions and should be modest, well-fitting, and clean. A new blue polo shirt will be introduced in 2026–27; by 2027–28, all students will wear the new uniform designs.
Meals are provided by The Wok People via a canteen with an a la carte ordering system. Online pre-orders are available with junior sizes for K4–Grade 5. Students may also bring their own lunch.

ICS provides a team of school counselors offering both preventative programs and responsive individual services covering stress management, healthy relationships, and transition support for international students. Individual and small group counseling sessions are available. Teachers are trained to recognize signs of mental health concerns and follow clear referral processes.
ICS implements mandatory background checks for all staff and conducts regular child protection training throughout the year. A designated child protection team oversees policy implementation and serves as the primary contact for welfare concerns. Campus security includes controlled access points, visitor screening, and supervision protocols for all school activities.
