ICS operates a wait pool system (not a traditional chronological waitlist) for qualified applicants for whom no place is currently available.

School Day

Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 3:00 pm. Secondary students (High School and Middle School) follow a 6-day rotating class schedule, with a daily advisory programme ('Tribe' or 'Facegroups') meeting around lunch periods.

Uniform

Uniforms are compulsory for all Elementary and Secondary students and optional for Kindergarten students. Uniforms may be purchased at Uniform Station; a uniform swap programme is run by the ICS Parents Association; selected items are also available via the ICS Merch Store.

ICS provides a lunch program with Sodexo. Students may purchase lunch or snacks at the on-campus cafeteria with cashless payment via Octopus card. Students in Grades 11–12 may leave campus at lunchtime with parent approval.

ICS assigns a dedicated counsellor in each school division providing social-emotional support through one-on-one and group counselling sessions. Elementary and Kindergarten divisions receive in-class SEL lessons. The High School 'Tribe' advisory programme meets daily to provide mentorship and peer group structure.
