Submit the Student Application Form with required documents (birth certificate, medical records, latest school report, two passport-sized photos). 3. Pay the non-refundable registration fee and diagnostic test fee. 4. Sit the diagnostic test for grade placement; international students receive Student's Pass guidance. 5. Complete enrollment by signing the PEI-Student Contract, paying course fees, and ordering required PACE materials.

Waitlist Policy

Heritage Academy does not operate a formal waitlist. Admissions are processed on a rolling basis subject to seat availability. If a grade level or campus reaches capacity, applicants may be offered a place at an alternative campus or advised to consider a later intake.

School Day

Elementary students begin at 8:30 AM and finish at 12:30 PM, with a food break around 10:30 AM. An afternoon session is available from 1:45 PM to 5:45 PM. The schedule includes a mix of individual PACE work and group activities.
