Admissions Process
- 1Contact Admissions to confirm vacancies and eligibility (foreign passport or HK/Macau/Taiwan ID required; Chinese passport holders must meet Qianhai residency/work criteria). 2) Complete online application and assemble required documents (passports, school reports, residency certificates). 3) Pay non-refundable assessment fee of RMB 3,000. 4) Attend assessment and interview within approximately two weeks of application receipt (format varies by year group: parent interview only for Pre-Nursery; observation and parent interview for Nursery–Year 1; computer-based assessment, observation/interview and parent interview for Year 2+). 5) Receive outcome within approximately one week of assessment. 6) If offered a place, sign confirmation documents and pay facility deposit of RMB 25,000 within five working days. 7) Complete enrolment with Finance Department.

Boarding Life
Two single-sex boarding houses: The Park (boys) and The Grove (girls). Flexi-boarding available from Years 5–13, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Full boarding fee is RMB 119,800 per academic year; flexi-boarding charged per night at a prorated annual rate plus 20% administration charge. Structured routines include breakfast 7:00–7:30, dinner 18:00–18:30, evening activities and academic prep support, with pastoral care from a dedicated boarding team.

School Day
EYC and Pre-Prep pupils finish at approximately 15:00. Upper School pupils finish at approximately 15:00 then attend the Harrow Diploma Activities (HDA) programme, ending around 16:00. Boarding students follow a separate weekday routine with supervised study, activities, and set lights-out times.
Student Life
Six-house system: Deng Xiao Ping House (Green), Curie House (Purple), Lyon House (Orange), Attenborough House (Red), Song Qing Ling House (Yellow), and Churchill House (Blue). Lower School Houses compete in sports and singing events with pastoral care by Class Teachers and Heads of Phase; Upper School Houses form tutor groups led by Housemasters/mistresses.
Strict uniform policy; students wear the standard school uniform and Harrow Hat to and from school. Students arriving in non-uniform clothing may be sent home to change.
On-site canteens with healthy, well-balanced menus accommodating dietary preferences. Boarding includes home-cooked style healthy meals with a diverse menu catering to dietary preferences.
