Admissions Process
- 1Contact the Admissions Office to enquire and register for an Open Day or campus visit. 2) Submit the online application via harrowbeijing.openapply.cn and pay the one-time RMB 3,500 registration fee, including passport pages, two years of school reports, a teacher reference and photos. 3) Admissions team reviews documents, confirms year group placement by date of birth, and may arrange a consultation, assessment or interview. 4) Note entry restrictions: no direct entry to Year 11 or Year 13; no entry to Year 10 or Year 12 after October half-term; Year 12 applicants need a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above and Grade B or above in intended A-Level subjects. 5) If a place is offered, sign and return the Acceptance Form and make the advance tuition payment within two weeks to secure the place. 6) Review year-group tuition fees and sibling discounts (2nd child 5%, 3rd 10%, 4th+ 15%). 7) Once enrolment is confirmed, the school provides timetables, uniform, bus and canteen information; international applicants should arrange visas/permits in advance.
